I had one interview, and 3 follow up calls until hired. The owner of the company interviewed me. He's very experienced in the business and was direct. Follow up required me to be very persistent with numerous calls over 1 month. Once hired the atmosphere was welcoming , but the environment was quite political and clicky. I did however receive fair compensation for my work.
