Three stages:
1) Screening Phone Call
2) Relaxed 1 on 1 Interview
3) Formal Interviews + Meeting the team
- These included a 1 on 1 interview, a quickfire round and a 2 on 1 interview with various members of the team.
Despite not getting the role, Judopay's interviewing process was thoroughly rewarding. Everyone that I met, from the Head of Operations to the recent grads, were extremely friendly and accommodating. More importantly, their interview process was transparent throughout, with my shortcomings communicated clearly when failing to get the job.
One aspect I really valued throughout this process was the team's ability to provide both positive and negative feedback such that I came out of the process more informed about where I can improve, and feeling confident about my strengths moving forward into interview's with different companies.
All in all, the company culture and interview process came across as fantastic to me.
