Nice and easy to set up an interview. With quite a laid back and less formal interview setting which is good, definitely takes some of the pressure of interviews off.

Interview
It was a group interview. It started with designing a golf course for the venue in small groups, then having us change groups to compete to build the tallest tower out of spaghetti and marshmallows, moving into pairs to interview each other and share our findings with the wider group before finally having our own individual interviews. Whilst we were waiting to be called for our interviews we were given a free round of golf with food and refreshments which was lovely.

Question 1
Whilst I do not remember precisely it was mostly about myself and my interests and hobbies, my motivation to work in hospitality and my customer service skills- it was mostly to see how I aligned with their values such as authenticity and how I’d enhance the guest experience.
