I interviewed at Just In Time For Foster Youth (Mission Valley)
Interview
Interviewing with Just In Time is a process but its in place to ensure that the person who is interviewing shares the same values as the organization. Which makes sense, its a nonprofit, and dedicated towards serving former foster youth. There are several stages, speaking with the Talent Manager, doing a skills assessment, coming in for a panel interview where you give a small presentation to demonstrate your skills, and finally talking with the CEO of the organization in a very 1 on 1 setting.

Interview
Started with a phone screening, one on one with department head and then panel interview. The process was smooth and was described clearly from the phone screening. The panel interview was going to include a sample of work and role play scenarios.
It was like having a conversation, there was a phone interview and then they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. Staff made me feel comfortable —, pleasant environment, — welcoming atmosphere. I did not feel uncomfortable whatsoever
