KAGS-TV interview questions

Interview went well, but honestly felt like station MGMT overused buzz words to help sell the position and gave insight to what I could assume was a lack of understanding and direction on their part. After working there some time, I honestly say my hunch was correct. Very hands off approach until it hits the fan. Great character & personality which can lead to possible growth for station, but direction is poor. During interview, I sensed they did not understand my value.
