KCLSU interview questions

It was a straight-forward interview process, I applied and then heard back from them, they invited me to an interview. Interview was ok, all expected questions and they even wrote them in the box on the teams chat which was good as it sometimes helps to be able to read them. I didn't get through to the next stage, I was asked if I'd like feedback, to which I responded yes please. The interviewer still to this day has not got back to me with the feedback. My interview date was also muddled up in the outcome email. I understand some companies deprioritise candidates and only speak to the person who's been offered the job but it felt very transactional, and a lack of attention to detail (muddling up the date of my interview). If you're unable to provide the feedback, why ask? Not a very good candidate experience considering what this organisation claims to stand for and dealing with students.
