Interview
There were rounds of interviews. One screening call. second was the behavioral round. He was asking questions based on previous work. He never asked any technical questions. He was focused on more behavioral questions.

Interview
The interview process was quite long with weeks in between each round. I had to follow up twice on the status of the roll, as I was not updated on delays. There were three rounds, the interviewers were friendly and asked excellent questions - they weren't just your standard interview questions which was a great reflection of the interviewers as managers. However, I was left hanging after the last round of interviews. I would have imagined that after reaching the the final round with just a few candidates left, I would have received an update on whether I had received the offer or not. This was not the best end to the three good interview sessions I had. Even after following up I did not get any response and I find this very unprofessional. At the time of writing this, I still have not received an email reply to my follow up enquiry about the status of the role after the last interview. A courtesy email would have been appreciated.

We appreciate your positive comments about our interviewers and the quality of the questions. Your feedback about the delays and lack of follow-up is invaluable, and we will take immediate steps to improve our process and ensure this does not happen in the future. We did inform all candidates at the beginning of the process that the interview process would be prolonged due to major stakeholders across a global organisation, but we understand that we should have provided more consistent updates and thank you for the feedback.
