Found the job posting on Indeed. The whole interview process took about 4 weeks. I went through three stages of interviews. The first was a phone interview that consisted of basic questions and information gathering such as work eligibility, salary expectation, etc. The second interview was a video call with two interviewers (who were actually very nice) and was fairly standard. It consisted of a general mix of personality and scenario based questions. The third interview was in-person with the same interviewers and consisted of more complex personality and scenario based questions. It also consisted of a quick Excel skills test.
After the third interview, I was told that they would let me know within the week whether or not I got the role. I was completely ghosted and was never given an update. To top it all off, the same job was re-posted less than a month after my last interview.
Being a recent graduate, I’m used to not receiving updates after initial applications or first round interviews. However, after 1 month and three rounds of interviews, I would expect to at least be given the decency of a quick email update.
I applied online. I interviewed at KGHM Polska Miedz
Interview
Brief and casual. There was a call with a recruiter, then with the IT manager. Only 2 interviews and very quick. Offered a good package and started 2 weeks later.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at KGHM Polska Miedz (Tempe, AZ)
Interview
Interview went great! Was asked technical questions and expectations seemed pretty clear. However, my travel expenses were not reimbursed, as promised. Was very disappointed not receiving any responses to my calls and emails …
