The interview process took about 30 minutes. The interviewer gave a call and asked technical and behavioral questions. Then, got an email invitation to meet for an in person interview. Ultimately declined the invitation.

Unprofessional and passive aggressive with no respect. Requesting me to fill up some 10 technical questions on paper in the last 10 minutes of the interview whilst casually chatting causing distractions in the background.
