Great interview, very friendly people! Asked the right questions and made you feel at home. I am so thankful for KMG and their staff. It was a very smooth interview process
I had a first in person interview back in December of 2020. I thought it had gone great, however I never received a phone call back. I sent multiple emails only to receive an email back over a month later saying I did not get it.
I then recently got a phone call stating "they found my resume in a stack of papers" and again said how well my experience aligns with what they are looking for etc. I tried to call the person three times and instead they sent me a text saying they filled the position.
Not sure what is with this hiring process, super disorganized and unprofessional that they refuse to call candidates back. Waste of my time.

I had a wonderful experience. I spoke with Annette who was very laid back and easy to talk to. She was very enthusiastic about the company and it’s growth. Results from the interview will take a while so unsure if I have an offer just yet but crossing my fingers! Definitely seems like a very welcoming company that is very focused on its people and residents.
