Interview process was a joke. Easiest job I have ever applied for. Received phone call to come in and talk with the CEO where he would just practically gloat about himself and how successful he was supposedly. You could tell from that moment he was a good talker and I could see how he was able to get the accounts he has now. Little do the clients know that it is mostly just talk/.
