Standard interview process consits of a pliminary Skills test to reduce number of applicants. Success of first interview is followed by 2:1 interview with Departmental Managers. Some candidates my skip intial skills test depending on experience and qualifications. However, during the 2nd interview or piliminary depending on your history, you will be presented technical information to test you on the spot regarding you knowledge of technical drawings and there content.
