Applied online by submitted resume and cover letter. Invited for an interview in March. Questions are heavily based on resume. There is no unexpected question. Given an office tour at the end.

Very friendly interviewers. Unlike many of the interviews I had, the interview is a bit more fluid and natural than yes/no questions. Be sure to have paper & pencil to solve for engineering question. Overall good interview experience
