Il processo si svolge in 3 step: una volta mandata la candidatura si è sottoposti a un incontro con il team di HR; successivamente viene selezionato un giorno in cui si somministra un test tecnico di bilancio; viene poi mandato un test di inglese (e si può scegliere quando farlo); infine avviene un colloquio con il manager

It was good...two back to back with partner...asked pretty basic questions..and it wasn't too hard. Got rejected, but will apply again in the fall. I applied for 2027, so it was probably competitive.
The manager just asked me technical questions relating to financial accounting. If you are confident, have basic understanding of accounting and show a good attitude/your passionate, you will pass the interview
