They will conduct online interview and they will ask some technical questions from your subjects which you mentioned in your resume. This was my first interview. I attend the interview during my final semester.

College Infrastructure is good, But HR practics is very poor.They are scheduling interview at 12 noon which is very hot for any candiate to atend.HR didnt inform the interview process correctly.Suddenly they kept test which is very standardised , it needs revision. They kept faculty from other institutions in interview panel and asked difficult questions.The college management shortlisted candiates from chennai and asking why your coming from chennai.The questions asked in the panel are not to test to your ability but instead general discussion.They are not asking questions from your area of interest.They are expecting you to remember all charts,diagrams, derivation and lab procedure in mechanical Engg.Only a well experienced person 15 - 20 years in the subjects can answer them

No introduce about you.They are reading the resume and they want valid reason why your are leaving the previous organisation.If the explanation is justified they will prefer you.Vapour compression cycle, how to do thread cutting in lathe, black body emissivity derivation, problems and other derivations .Never seen such deep and specific questions in any interview.We feel all are unconventional and complicated.
