After submitting your cover letter and resume, you are contacted for a preliminary phone screening with some basic questions lasting about 10 minutes, if you pass this step you are asked to fill out an online application and perform online testing for 5 categories, if you pass this step, you are brought in for a 2 hour interview with 3 different groups of people, if you pass this step, they will run a background check then contact your references. Everyone was very friendly and though the process sounds extensive, it wasn't unpleasant.

There is a group interview where you go through mock-calls, where the managers pretend to be alumni and speak on the phone with the applicants. There are a total of two mock calls - the second is more difficult than the first one.

We picked a time to interview and interviewed in small groups of about 4. They had us do a mock sales call based on a pre written script. The interview is actually fun if you relax and enjoy the process.
