I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at KW Plastics (Troy, AL) in Jun 2016
Interview
It was about what you would expect. It wasn’t intimidating nor was it extremely laidback. Dress wasn’t extremely important but didn’t wanna look like a slob. Usual questions were asked.

Interview
The process was alright. There were the usual questions asked and it was one-on-one with the owner. He's a great guy and the atmosphere was very relaxed. He offered the job right away and made me feel comfortable and eager for the job. He showed me around the different plants and showed me the area I'd be working around as well

Interview
Interviewed with the owner. He is a wonderful guy; however, the workers rarely see him around the plant. He asked the usual and expected questions. He's not very intimidating at all, and he makes you feel comfortable and eager to start the job. Overall it was a pleasant experience and probably one of the easier ones you'll come across in a big industry.
