I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KYCnet in Dec 2016
Interview
I was invited to interview in their premises in Amsterdam. I was prepared for more complex questions but it was an easy, basic interview. The staff was not very professional and did not seem to have much experience in recruiting.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself
How do you work in a team
What are your hobbies
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at KYCnet (Amsterdam) in Jun 2016
Interview
Received a reply after 5 weeks for my application. I was called for an interview to their Amsterdam office. The dress code was specifically mentioned, smart casual. The interview questions were conversational/distracting and lacked any technicalities. The interviewers seemed inexperienced and demotivated. I was shown around the office before the interview in a very lackluster way ( to put it mildly). I could not bring myself to show motivation and did not perform well in the interview. It is an open position and they are always in need of new analysts.

Question 1
Previous job, Strengths and weaknesses, leadership, etc
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KYCnet (Amsterdam) in Oct 2016
Interview
The first interview was rather blunt and lacking in any questions which would make the interview worthwhile. Besides the typical questions 'where do you see yourself in 5 years?' other additional questions only pointed out the lack of professionalism and experience. After the initial interviews there were several delays followed by them simply abandoning the 2nd stage as if nothing ever happened.
Good news is, you can get hired even if you have no experience, logic, or any professional expectations!
