The interview process took over four weeks and included a technical exercise, a technical round with two QA leads, and a cultural round with the Canadian MD and the hiring manager. I also had a follow-up interview with the delivery lead, which I understood would focus on my enterprise experience. However, the conversation ended up being more of a meet-and-greet, and I didn't get the opportunity to discuss my enterprise experience in detail. In hindsight, I could have steered the conversation that way, but I'm not sure it would have made a significant difference.
Overall, the experience was positive. Harry was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed my interviews with Tobi and Brian.
