Kadtech interview questions

I interviewed with Kadtech on two occasions and both were not great at all and on both occasions not only ended in disappointment, but they were odd. On the first occasion i was asked to get a dbs and when i asked why for what was essentially a warehouse role and why it was going to take 6 weeks to get it when i could get one myself in 2 to 3 weeks, i got told they withdrew the offer. On the second occasion the operative was very negative, quoting the "like last time" to which i corrected reminded him of the actual circumstances. On the second occasion i was offered the role with the end customer and then it literally went quiet I have to ask myself why do glassdoor remove all reviews of kadtech, it could be seen by some as bias?
