It was simple: there are two rounds of interviews. The first one is virtual, and the second one is in person. In- person inveriview includes few activities like group discussion were one person will observe the answers and then there will one on one interview.

It was very smooth and like a conversation. Th einterview didn't made me feel like it was an interview. I had the space to be myself and speak my mind even if the interviewer didn't align with me.
