I recently had an interview which was a blend of a 15-minute fit interview and a 30-minute mini case interview. In the fit interview, I focused on my work experiences and activities, highlighting my background, skills, and alignment with the company's values and culture. The mini case interview delved into my previous projects, where I discussed global research methodologies and data arrangement methods. This part was crucial in showcasing my analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and my expertise in managing and interpreting complex datasets. The experience was an insightful opportunity to reflect on my professional journey and to demonstrate how my skills and experiences make me a suitable candidate for the role.
