I applied through LinkedIn, it was one of the most efficient interview processes I have experienced. They prioritize bringing candidates on board in a timely manner. My process included an initial interview, a follow up interview with senior staff, a writing test, and a final interview with the Company's CEO.

Interview
I interviewed with Keadjian in conjunction with a few other companies simultaneously. Keadjian stood out from the pack with their clear communication, shortened timeline and engaging interview questions.
While other companies dragged along the process and forced rounds of rescheduling due to executive travel, Keadjian was prompt, showed up when they said they would and during featured on-topic questions during each round that shed light on the day-to-day experience.
There was one written prompt that required a two-hour commitment but they were flexible with scheduling. After accepting the offer, I understood the importance of the prompt as writing is such a big element of the role.
In general, the interview process was reflective of the type of firm they are - detailed-oriented, high-performing and professional. That culture was in place when I started and it still exists to this day.
