You come into the store after close, typically 3:00/3:30. For the interview you casually sit In a booth and talkover some questions, availability and your experience. Overall a pleasant and no pressure process.

Very casual. Met with the owner at a local cafe. Standard questions, but they seemed to appreciate that I had worked in high volume restaurants and could turn tables quickly.

Interview
The interview was smooth, straightforward, and the interviewer asked relevant questions. It was a short interview and I was offered the job soon after. I was given the opportunity to ask questions as well.
