Obtained interview through a recruiter. The entire process took 1 week. I was interviewed by upper management with 3 days. Then interviewed by the immediate manager and by peers in a group setting. Both interviews were 3 hours long. I ended up taking the day off for each day I was interviewed. The interview process was simple, direct and very quick.
