Keller Supply interview questions

Initial interviews are conducted by recruiters. Once vetted by a recruiter, candidate is submitted to Purchasing Manager. The Purchasing Manager and lead Corporate Buyer conduct the interview onsite. They are not looking for technical competence but to see if you are "a good fit".

Easy process. The manager and assistant were both in my interview. They were both very nice and outgoing. They asked me simple questions and got to know me a little at the interview. We had a nice conversation, it was very natural. Got a call back within a day.
