It was a long interview process. About 5 interviews from start to finish. Included phone call, KPA, Life story, motivation interview and team interview. They do this to really determine fit for both parties.

      Interview

Interviewer was lovely and thorough. Don’t be misled though by the title - this is an hourly, entry level position - interviewer asked a lot of high level questions and thinking. A little intense for $17/hr. I chose to not to move forward once I asked about comp. Interviewer should be more transparent with pay and qualifying candidates better.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams

      Interview

I had two rounds of interviews. After the first round, I was asked to take a personality test, and then when I came back in to review it, it took two hours. This all seemed to be a good process but a bit excessive for a job you could probably make the same money at in any cashier job. I was highly qualified for the position, but I must have missed out on having those inner connections that someone else did. The most disappointing aspect was how lengthy the process was and the amount of time wasted.
