Asked about previous experience, comfort with prospecting and cold calling, why the desired job change, commitment to entrepreneurship, and other general questions. They talk a lot about Keller Williams and their programs (ignite, bold, KW gives back, etc.)

Why do you think you’re a good fit for the office?
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
