Several personality tests, phone and zoom interviews. Very fast paced and high energy. Not sure about the authenticity of owner/hiring manager there but it just felt forced and fake. Researched the agency before hand and noticed a lack of diversity as well.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Kennett Square, PA) in Jul 2020
Interview
Brief phone interview that led to a Keller Personality Assessment online. Once the assessment is passed the next step was in person at their office. Some pros but more cons for an in-person vs video interview during Covid-19 outbreak and lockdowns. Would have much preferred a video chat via zoom especially during a time where a lot is unknown about the virus. That was not offered nor talked about as an option.
The in-person interview lasted about an hour. Once we got into the role, responsibilities, and company culture a lot of information about in-office politics and drama was revealed unnecessarily. These aspects and issues are good to know upfront so you can avoid going any further in the interview process, but in regards to perception and continuing to make the work environment better this is probably not the best approach for retention and/or new hires.
There is a very serious lack of communication noticed between employees within the different departments/roles. There were a ton of red flags in regards to comradery among co-workers and overall job structure.

A large portion of the latter half of the interview was confirming your answers from the online assessment.
