The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Denver, CO) in May 2010
Interview
First was the phone interview. All went well and set up a face to face. A week went by and the interview process started on the next monday. Not a traditional type of interview. Meet for lunch and discussed the current conditions of the market and what both of us could do to prosper in it. Ask about the office atmosphere. Discussed all the splits and other office procedures. Finished lunch and agreed to start a partnership with them.

It's more of a recruiting Interview. If you can fog a mirror and have a brokers license you good. It's a good idea to have some income reserved for living and office expenses while you are in the process of building your business
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you have the income to pay your expenses while you build your business
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Met with broker/owner and he offered a skills assessment tool that Keller Williams uses to determine style and preferences. Assessment tool did not take too long to take and the results were presented to me right away. The interview process should be easy if you are serious about real estate, you'll be accepted unless there is some issue preventing them from offering you an opportunity to work there.
