I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kellton in Mar 2016
Interview
I was called in for an interview at the headquarters on a weekday. Had to take a leave from the office. First I was given a mcq test based on spring, hibernate, Java, sal. Most of the questions were cramming based. I was selected for 1st round face to face interview. This interviewer was good, he asked basic questions in Java on static and this keyword. Difference in arraylist and linked list and how to choose between them. It took place for 15-20 mins and then 2nd f2f round happened. This guy asked me every possible cramming based question out of spring hibernate, only when he asked me basic logical questions on Java and DS, I was able to give answers. Then I was shortlisted for third round as well. It was with an hiring manager, he seemed very intelligent and asked very relevant questions based on my profile and work ex. But when it came to hiring, he said that the company could never afford to pay my expected CTC. He said that they cannot even match my current CTC. I was shocked as to these things should be taken care before even calling a candidate for an interview. :| . the he apologized and said sorry for wasting my time and asked me to wait. He told me that he will talk to the HR and the HR will let me know if anything could be done. I was waiting at the reception and receptionist told me to leave after sometime. I was shocked at the level of poor management and conduct at the company. The HR didn't even come to talk to me, someone who they were about to hire. Very depressing place to be in.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kellton in Apr 2020
Interview
2-3 Technical Interviews and then 1 Client round if you able to clear first two then they will forward your profile to client.Overall a very long process and in both the technical rounds same sets of questions. So whats the purpose of 2 rounds? also after clearing all the rounds they first said my details are shared with client and the afterwards they said position is on hold. what a waste of time. Atleast recruiter should check the status of the position before conducting interviews.

Question 1
Basic Java Spring Mutlthreading Hiberante Questions
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kellton (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Apr 2019
Interview
One face to face round.
Asked Core java questions. And few basics about Spring and Hibernate. And about last company project.
Interview pros:-
Average Interview.
Interview Cons(very big and time wasting if looks for offer strictly 10 or 20 % for every type of employee don't expect more):-
Because all other reviews have some thing common that they will deny your offer by saying your skill are not up to the mark.
Really, for all how they can say same line. If they don't have capacity to pay why they wait time by conducting interview actually.
My interview process took one day one face to face round which was average.
Note:- I asked the offer before interview(its their responsiblity to make aware we don't have capacity to pay and don't come)
Second round in which they try to deny offer which I was looking for by saying:-
1. Why not you ask this offer within current organisation (really?). If that the case why i am looking to switch.
2. Your skill are not up to the mark....(so don't hire anyone if skills are bad why try to negotiate to offer(already told na).
