Video interview showing the work from home environment details the internet provider as well making sure that the work environment is quite. Also doing a bit of roll play in order to determine level of skill. Details of training explaining of responsibility for equipment shipped to you details of background check I-9 info ect.

1 phone 1 in person 1 phone with VP, last interview is just to make sure you can actually speak a full sentence. Very nice ppl in 2015 then things changed fast. Management does not care about turnover of top producers walking out the door. Both top Sales and Recruiters were leaving left and right. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT. VERY CHAOTIC AND PEOPLE ARE SHAMED IN PUBLIC ALL THE TIME IN FRONT OF PEERS.
