Video interview that was horrible. The lady was barely audible and talked so fast from a script that I could barely keep up. I had to ask a few questions twice and she still talked so quickly I just tried to wing it and bombed.
Had to disconnect due to the video issues and reconnect, so video was better but still the questions and less than 10 sec to respond were a bit unexpected.
They didn't send me an offer I think because I'm on medical disability and told her I had no clue how many days of work I anticipated taking off. Medical disability is on the top of my resume, which she read from about my work experience.

Question 1
Basic techy stuff - what's wifi, ram, instagram. Since it was for apple, they asked what I liked about apple products and then mac issues.

Easy. Just make sure your work environment is to there standards. Theu will have you live video your work are area for proof at the beginning of interview. Yeah forget your name on your phone number for your number to wouwoy
Very easy, over the computer video. Toile maybe 15 mins. The most easiest interview I ever had and I get nervous about these things....but don’t. Be sure to have your resume up to date with real info because it will be discussed.

Would working from home be an ideal option, if so why?
It went well. Asked a lot of questions and different materials like availability, overtime , customer service etc. I know a lot of people who didn’t make it through the interview process but I did. I think it just depends on flexibility and how well you present yourself
