Very professional and precise here they want good customer service people.This company so far has shown responsibility for making their employees are well educated and also offers other opportunities.Kelly services seems to pride it self on making sure that the employee is comfortable before performance is allowed .it took a 2-3 week hiring process everything was done via onlinne. Skype interview, information gathering strictly online. The process went through fairly quickly.

Simple zoom interview. Asked a few basic questions and wanted to know why I would like the position. Also asked if I planned on furthering my education or if I will be working another job along with this one.

Pretty smooth process. Applied online, and heard back within a week for an interview. During the interview, they ask the pretty standard questions. You also have to take a very short voice audition. The best thing to do to prepare, is to just be yourself. Be extremely perky and friendly. The lady who called me, was really laid back and did her best to make it a pleasant experience.
