I Applied on line and received call from the Agency 15 mins later regarding the position. I had a 20 min phone interview standard questions and reviewing my resume. I received a 30 min phone interview from the company same day. Several behavioral Interview Questions. Practice, practice, practice.

Are you a team player? Describe How you would handled an irate customer. Tell me about a time you disagreed with a company policy.
It’s not like a standard interview and it’s not professional they will interrupt you and then call you next day to continue. Right after that I got the offer letter and the instructions to get drug tested.

Interview
Fill out an application online, take all quizzes and then get an appointment for a 1-1 interview. Then if you pass and interview which is about 1 hour you are invited for training. Training takes about three weeks but I decided to decline the opportunity and didn't go through the training. Overall it is a very nice company and I liked how I was treated. An d the salary was satisfying taking the point that it is the COVID-19 crisis. Wishing everyone luck!

Very quick and easy. It was fast, skills test was for typing speed. Interview has to be in the room where you be working and there has to be a door you can shut.
