I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kelly (Baton Rouge, LA) in Jun 2020
Interview
The interview was very thorough. The interviewer ask questions that were specific to the job I applied for. The questions were basic customer service questions. What challenges have you faced working in a brick and mortar setting compared to an at home position? How do you see working remotely during a pandemic? Are you comfortable helping 3 customers at one time? My interview was straightforward and easy to get through. I felt comfortable talking to the interviewer because I had experience with inbound calls and dealing with customers. So, overall the interview went well. I was offered the job on the spot. Yay!!!

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kelly (Des Moines, IA) in May 2020
Interview
Complete online application, next day sent an assessment to complete, after assessment received an email the next day to schedule a virtual interview. Only way to get an interview is to log in at midnight EST to grab a spot before they are gone. Interview done by video, lots of technical questions, a role play exercise, took about 40 minutes. They went over the training and salary and told me the hiring team would review my interview and get a response to me in 1 to 2 business days. Was disappointed to never hear back. I even reached out to the recruiter after a few days politely requesting an update, and still no response. A lot of time was invested into the process, application, assessment, interview, getting the office ready to show as they want to see a 360 of the room you would work from. Then of course the time to prep for the interview and money invested in interview attire. I understand they do many interviews daily, but it is just common courtesy to respect one's time and effort with at least a generic response.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kelly (Lithonia, GA) in Apr 2020
Interview
Their process went smoothly at first. I completed the assessment and then they requested an interview. This is where things went left. I was offered an interview in early March. I tried to schedule an interview and there were no interview times available. I reached out and told them so and they said they were done interviewing and once they’re hiring again they would reach out. They did, they reached out at the end of March and I went to schedule an interview again and got the same issue of no times being available. I was sent an email stating that they have so many candidates and that they only book interviews for one day in advance. They also stated the availability releases at 12 midnight each day. So I set my alarm for 11:58pm waited until midnight to schedule an interview, and successfully received an interview time. Great!! But before my scheduled interview time, my interview was canceled. They said I didn’t do the assessment. I sent them the screenshot that it was indeed completed and was resent an invite to interview. This happened 3x! I schedule an interview, they cancel. At this point I’m incredibly frustrated and annoyed. Because not only is my time being wasted, they have multiple recruiters sending emails and responding so I’m getting conflicting information from multiple people. I email them the issue and finally they said it was resolved, so I schedule another interview. Now again right before my interview time, I’ve been told I don’t qualify to work with them because I worked with them 6 years ago and am ineligible.
I say all that to say, unless you are desperate for work (which is understandable given what’s going on now) please look elsewhere or be prepared. They are incredibly unorganized.
