brief, the interview was given by the supervisor, and due to having a family member within the same role, meaning I didn't get the traditional questionnaire/ personal assessment, I was able to obtain it almost immediately

So the interview process for Kenect Recruitment would involve you applying for the role online or in person, to then be followed by a telephone interview. If you are successful with the telephone interview you will be invited to a face to face interview - but dependent on position this could be a 1-2-1 or 2 interview 1 by management and then the 2nd by a Director.
