Interview
Extremely casual panel interview. The office is new and a little unorganized. The staff seemed friendly and passionate about their work. I spoke with a case manager who reviewed a typical day on the job. I was also introduced to the staff nurse who explained her role in the organization. I took a tour of the office and met most of the employees. Ample parking in back and street parking available also.

The interview went smoothly; the questions focused on my experience, problem-solving skills, and handling client cases. I felt confident and prepared, especially during the case scenario discussion. Overall, it was a positive and professional experience.
