Full day online assessment centre. Individual case study with presentation and interview questions. Group activity - discussion of sustainable energy technology for client with presentation.
Final interview - 45 minute interview with generic HR questions. 45 minute technical questions about oil and gas process - HP/LP separation, scrubbing, compression, water purification etc.

Question 1
Example written question: Tell us about a time you took an innovative approach?
Example technical interview exercise: Examine a P&ID for some time (15-30 minutes, I forget exactly how long I had). Then talk through it and answer some questions, e.g. when X valve shuts, what happens to the pressure in location Y.
Example Assessment Centre group task: Each candidate is presented with a potential infrastructure project to analyse. There is then a group discussion during which candidates are asked to present their project analysis and discuss recommendations.
