Verbal interview for about 15 min. If you have worked at a restaurant, you will have a greater chance of getting an offer. Maybe know about some Japanese ramen before the interview.

The intreview process is very straight forward, after submitting an resume, I was asked to come in for an interview. Once I went in the owner went over the resume and ask few questions about past expeirences. I was hired on the spot, and was asked when I could start.
