Interview
The process was long and required some work on my end but wasn't too hard. Started with two rounds of phone interviews, followed by a 2 hour video interview with two current employees that involved questions on my background, some case work (walking through hypothetical scenarios and doing some basic excel analysis), and a five minute powerpoint presentation on a topic of my choice. After those, I had to chose any two articles from a range of marketing trade magazines and summarize them and provide my thoughts on each. Finally, I was invited to their NYC office for two 30-minute one-on-one interviews and another five minute powerpoint presentation on a topic of my choice.

Chose a product of your choice and walk us through how you would market it digitally.
After an initial phone interview, I flew out to be interviewed in person. The process was involved but I appreciated how thoroughly they approached the process. I met individually with different team members in person that had followed similar paths to one I would take as well as people I would work with everyday. I also had to complete an excel test, a brainstorm exercise, and give a presentation.

Very standardized, interviewers were very unmotivated and somewhat unprofessional; Was not a personal process at all and I did not feel like I was being interviewed properly as they were very disengaged with what I had to say and what I prepared for the interview. I think they already hired someone else while I was interviewing which was a huge waste of time for the both of us... after the interview I wasn’t sure if this company was even legit or not.

Interview
Interview process was thorough and informative. First was a 30 minute discover call with a Senior Analyst with typical interview questions around digital marketing, strengths/weakness, etc. Second interview was with 2-3 additional Senior Analysts: a behavioral (15-20 min), marketing case study (25-30 min), data analysis test (20 min), and then a 5 minute presentation about anything. Third interview was 30 minutes with a Director, mostly behavioral and why you want to work at Kepler. I waited about 2 weeks from that final interview to receive an offer. HR was communicative throughout. Great process with lots of opportunities to ask questions.
