Interview
The initial two rounds were very positive and there was great energy in the room, with different interviewers each time. In the 3rd round, I presented an advanced data analysis report and a presentation. However, it seemed the American manager had made up her mind based on my appearance or nationality in the first 30 seconds, or she might have been preoccupied with other matters, as she wasn't listening and unfortunately, her attention was not there, as well as her eye contact. The outcome was as expected. This experience highlights the influence of external factors on interview decisions.

Question 1
1st and 2nd round were similar and some have repeated, such as: - tell us about yourself, your career path etc - why Kepler - why this role - do you understand fully the role 3rd: they will provide you with a data set, a training sample similar to the one extracted from digital marketing analytics. You can see which stores are performing well etc based on the KPI's such as conversion rate, impressions, cost per click.
Had a call with a recruiter. Then a call with the director where we discussed my experience . The final stage consisted of half a day interview. Firstly, had behavioural questions and case study with two members of the team. Then another call with the director where I had to complete a data task and then present a presentation to all 3 employees. The requirements for the presentation were very vague and there was no clear indication on how I was being assessed. Lastly, the feedback I received was dishonest . Overall, I would not recommend this company.

Interview
First was a 30 minute phone interview, then 2 in-person interviews at Kepler. First in-person was with two senior analyst who were both really welcoming and informative. First part was just bunch of behavior questions then to design an ad campaign. Second part was a data case study on a client of Kepler. Last round of interview was with the director and a five minute presentation of my choice.
