Interview with Plan Manager, Quality Control Manager and Maintenance Manager. Drove to the location, received a tour of the plant and then followed up with the interview for about an hour and 30 minutes. Next day they called back and wanted me to interview for a larger production location with the company.

Online app with plenty of questions on CV and previous experiences, online tests- verbal, diagrammatic and numerical, phone interview competency based, assessment centre- about 20 other candidates with group exercises individual presentations etc, final interview and site tour.
