Applied online, was excited to be called the same day to set up an interview. Seemed nice enough on the phone. The interview process was pretty standard, took 45 minutes to fill out paperwork which was really annoying. All the while I was watching the employees work and the whole office vibe was really sad and lonely. Met with two of the managers, both of whom were very nice and informative. I did not meet the insane, angry owner at this time but I wish I would have. The two dogs did come around while I was there. They are cute but it is obvious they are spoiled and can do no wrong. I should have seen that as a red flag. I accepted the job offer but my first day I should have known it was just the beginning of the end. I was largely ignored except for having to do a ton more new-hire paperwork that asks you about a lot of personal information and you have to sign a strict "no cell phone" policy and then just sitting around waiting for additional instruction.
