I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ketra (Austin, TX) in Apr 2020
Interview
The interview process is very in-depth. The interviewers have time to get to know the candidate and the candidate gets to learn much about the company. They are very flexible in the scheduling of the interviews.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ketra
Interview
Phone screen with HR, phone screen with engineering manager, then on-site interview. Company paid for flights and hotel, since I was from out of town. A lot of questions on "how do you think this part was made?" as well as standard questions on experience and resume. Emphasis on brain-teaser style questions, as well. Fancy dinner afterward to woo you in. Afterwards, nice dinner with group to woo you.

Question 1
Three lights in one room, three switches in another. You can only go from the switch room to the light room once. Figure out which switch belongs to which light.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ketra (Austin, TX) in Dec 2016
Interview
After the initial obligatory HR screening call, there was a 30 minute or phone call with the Software Director. That went pretty smooth, so I was scheduled for a several hour on-site interview. I don't think I gave the answer the Director was looking for in the first session, so the rest of the day was pretty much a waste of time, but that wasn't really Ketra's fault. The most disappointing thing was that they never provided any feedback after the on-site interview. Not even a "Dear John" email. I didn't feel like it was a good fit and wouldn't have accepted an offer anyway, but it would be nice to at least get some type of follow up after investing the time.
