A talent acquisition leader reached out to me via email on 2/6/24 informing me that no relocation assistance is provided for the HR Generalist role and asked if I was able to relocate on my own. I responded to her, saying I am willing to relocate on my own if the opportunity is right. She then informed me that she will share my resume with the hiring manager and if he/she was interested in my candidacy, she will prescreen me. Result? Dead silence. Not a single update from her ever again. I emailed her once on 2/15/24 and once on 2/27/24 for an update and I was just ghosted. This is the kind of treatment that no candidate should ever go through. Matter of fact, it reflects very poorly on Kettle Cuisine. HR team at Kettle, please have some human decency and show your candidates some respect. Don't just leave your candidates hanging after you've reached out to them for information. Unbelievable.
