Extremely disorganized process. They show little to no concern or respect for your time.
I had the initial interview with HR and then heard nothing back for over a month. I was then contacted somewhat randomly about another initial interview with a different HR rep, which they then did not show up for.
I was then contacted by a different HR person (that's 3 so far) about an interview with hiring managers. I then had the panel interview with 5 different women all in one video call. I knew very, very quickly during this interview that I would most likely not receive an offer.
A few days later I received yet another email from an HR rep requesting yet another initial interview. At this point, I personally knew that I would not receive an offer, and I also knew through personal connections that another person had already received the position. I also knew that an initial interview with HR after the panel interview was...strange. But nevertheless, I attended the interview anyway. The entire thing consisted of 4 base-level questions that were already asked in my initial interview (the 1st one). The HR rep then stated somewhat sheepishly that they were still interviewing other candidates, which I knew at that time was not true as I knew someone else had already been hired. The whole thing was very weird and completely pointless under the circumstances. I received my official rejection email about 16 hours later.
It definitely seemed like they brought my application back from obscurity after the 1st initial interview in order to check some kind of box. I have no idea if this is true or not, but it definitely felt like that. Honestly, it felt like I was being messed around with. But I prefer to give the benefit of the doubt and just chalk it up to issues within HR. In total, I communicated with 8 different people over the course of 7-8 weeks for a job that I knew I wouldn't get within the first 30 seconds of the panel interview.
