HR Interview to 2 phone calls with IB analysts to a 2 hour super day with various analysts. Process was fairly easy: standard behavioral and technical questions throughout all the rounds.

Question 1
What are the three valuation methods and what are the pros and cons of each?
Had 2 rounds. Overall interview was very behavioral-focused. There were a few technicals but nothing hard. Interviewers were nice but they are definitely looking for people who have some sort of a connection to Ohio.
Only had 2 rounds. First was with a younger analyst who surprisingly asked almost all technicals (tech specific because it was tech office). Then super day about 2 weeks later. Typical super day that lasted about 2.5 hours. One very intensive technical interview, two mostly behavioral and just trying to get to know you (very genuine people who I spoke with). And one was a mix of both. Nothing too bad by any means.
1 phone interview for 30 mins
1 spd with 1 analyst, 1 associate, and 1 VP. Each for 30 mins.
Overall, it was a good experience.
Accepted offer at the end.
