KeyBank Sales interview questions

After several interview calls with their internal Recruiter, a 1:1 interview was scheduled. I was asked to arrange to fly in to attend (with my travel costs to be reimbursed). The interview lasted approximately seventy minutes, with general questions on my experience as well as how a competing firm (bank) conducted business. I followed up post interview for feedback...but never heard further from any of the parties involved as to the position, or for that matter, the reimbursement of my travel costs. I must say it was a very unusual and not a positive experience. I understand some hiring dynamics in the current recession, but such a lack of integrity and professionalism is a concern. Hopefully they treat employees and their Customers, differently.
