Brief phone call, then a zoom interview with hiring manager, then an in person interview with included sales pitch role-play. They give plenty of info about the role-play in advance.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Keyence in Nov 2011
Interview
I was stopped by a recruiter at a career fair. After talking to him for a few minutes he gave me a link to a skill test to take online. After I completed the skill test I received an email saying that they would like to schedule me for a 1 on 1 interview. The interview was pretty straight forward and included a role play to sell a cell phone to a school teacher. After the interview I received another email saying that they wanted me to fly to Chicago for a final round interview. They paid all expenses. The interview consisted of a product demonstration and a role play selling a pen.

Interview
There were three interviews, initial Talent Acquisition, phone screen (to confirm location preferences and answer questions), then final sales role-play/behavioral interview. There was also a prep session before the final interview where they talk more about the company and you have time to ask questions on the role-play.
Actually it was around 4-5 rounds , they generally assess your communication and creativity. So , we can expect less technical questions . Gd round was quite easy and topics will be very simple
